WeFid does a few things, and does them simply. Here is all of it, for businesses and for customers.
All your cards in one account
Every WeFid business you visit, on one page, with the newest first.
One personal QR code
Show it at the counter of every WeFid business. If someone else saw it, get a new one: the old one stops working at once.
Rewards and history
See the rewards waiting for you, the ones you used, and every visit, by business and by period.
Offers from your shops
When a business where you have a card runs a special offer, you see it on your cards; if you like, you get an email and a notification on your Google Wallet card. Show your QR code at the counter to use it.
Birthday gifts
Some businesses give you a gift for your birthday. It appears with your rewards a few days before; show your QR code at the counter to receive it.
Your status at each shop
Gold, Silver or Bronze, depending on how often you come. Your card takes its colour and tells you the day to come back by to keep it.
Google Wallet and your home screen
Add your QR code to Google Wallet on Android, or put WeFid on your phone’s home screen.
Partners near you
Discover WeFid businesses around you. Your position stays on your phone: it is never sent to WeFid.
Your data stays yours
Businesses never see your email, date of birth or postal code. You can delete your account at any time.
Stamp cards or points cards
A stamp card (up to 50 stamps) or a points card (points for each euro spent). When the card is full, the customer gets the reward and starts again.
Rewards along the way
Up to 4 earlier rewards on one card, for example a croissant after 5 stamps on a 10-stamp coffee card.
A QR poster for your counter
A poster with your logo, your QR code and your rewards, in your colour, your words and one to three languages. A4, A5, table card, sticker or social media, as a PDF to print or share. Customers scan it to join your card.
Scanning at the counter
The app scans the customer’s QR code and shows their cards at your business. Add stamps or points in one tap; a mistake can be undone for 5 minutes.
Handing out rewards
Rewards waiting for a customer appear when you scan them. You hand them out with one confirmation.
Special offers
A percentage off for a few days, for example −30 % on Black Friday, if you like only for the first 50 customers. Your customers see it on their cards, those who agreed get an email, and you apply it at the counter after a scan: once per customer.
Birthday gifts
Switch it on once: each customer you choose (all, those who came at least once, or your Gold and Silver regulars) receives your gift, a product or a discount, from 3 days before their birthday to 7 days after. You hand it over after a scan. You never see their date of birth.
Your customers
The list of your customers with their cards, visits and rewards at your business, with search and sorting.
Customer statuses
Each customer is Gold, Silver or Bronze depending on how often they come, by rules you choose. You also see the regulars who stopped coming, so you can welcome them back.
Your numbers
Visits, new and returning customers, rewards earned and handed out, compared with the previous period. Who your customers are by gender, age and postal code, always in groups of at least 5 people so nobody can be singled out. An Analysis page puts it in words: how many come back and how often, your busiest hours, and your cards side by side. Export it all as an Excel file, or as a ready-made prompt for an AI to advise you, without any customer’s name.
In your language
The app speaks French, Dutch and English, and so do your customers’ pages.
